The Hawke Sleeve with flange is used the same way as the single sleeve but with a pre-holed flange. This allows it to be used for bolting into structures where hot-work is not allowed, or to be cast into concrete structures. When bolted it can be used with a sealing strip. The Sleeve with flange can also be used the same way as an HSF frame for welding into holes that are cut with less precision.
